Called late on a Monday with soaked carpet in my basement from a cracked water heater. Was placed on the scheduled immediately and Dan was at my house within 45 min. He assessed the issue, drained the tank and capped the hot water line until he could replace the water heater first thing Tuesday morning. While working, he also had a water restoration company contact me to get restoration efforts moving. Service was prompt, empathetic, and thorough.
